Film and Video Projects

Prior to shooting in HD, Tom chose to film in whatever format was state of the art as technology changed. His many film & video projects were shot on 35mm, 16mm, Beta, and VX1000 cameras. An outstanding archive of Tom’s 4x3 footage is available for your current projects that utilize that framing, such as Internet and iTune/ iPod applications.

1990--1994: Still Photographer (Air Micronesia & Continental Airlines) for advertising campaign and promotional pieces; including print ads, brochures, postcards, and posters.
1988--1989: Cameraman/Marine Location Coordinator (BBC) Sea Trek TV series shot in the Channel Islands, CA with hosts Mike DeGruy and Martha Holmes.
1985--1986: DP/Co-Producer (Parson Runyan Films) of two highly successful educational films, “The Designated Driver” and “Sober Graduation”. Both films were a part of a statewide effort started by Tom in cooperation with the California Highway Patrol to help curb the abuse of drugs and alcohol in respect to driving. Both films were the recipients of Cindy awards. Santa Barbara, CA
